Using ours
The Overwatch cheat page has the full list. In short, per-hero settings mean a Widowmaker setup and a Genji setup stay apart, and the overlay colours are configurable so it stays readable in a teamfight. SafeLoader keeps the build current.
When Blizzard patches, we test before reopening. The status page shows where the product stands. Overwatch bans can be permanent, and we cannot change that.
