Do I need to download anything?
Just SafeLoader, once. It is the same loader for every product, and it downloads and updates the game builds for you. Buy another game later and it appears in the same loader.
What happens when my game updates?
We update the build and SafeLoader downloads it the next time you launch. If an update needs testing first, the status page says so and the product is paused until it is ready.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. You extract one file, paste your key and press launch. Every product has its own guide in your dashboard with the exact steps and fixes for common errors.
What do I need before I begin?
A Windows PC, WinRAR, current GPU drivers and the Visual C++ runtimes. Close AI apps like ChatGPT or Claude before launching. Your guide links everything you need.
Is it safe?
No software like this is risk free, so we are upfront about it. The status page shows where every product stands, and unsafe builds are paused rather than sold.
What happens if I get stuck?
Start with your product guide, it covers the usual errors. If that does not sort it, open a ticket in our Discord and a real person from the team helps you out.
