Questions
How is my rank worked out?
From the euros you have actually paid on delivered orders. Refunds come off, and tokens never count, so a rank cannot be bought with bonus tokens.
Does my rank discount stack with other savings?
Yes. It comes off after the bundle discount and before coupons. Bundle, rank and coupon savings together stop at 35% of an order, then tokens apply on top.
When do my tokens arrive?
As soon as your order is delivered. 1 token for every €1 you paid, rounded to the nearest euro.
How do I spend tokens?
At checkout. Every 100 tokens take €1 off, and they are applied for you automatically.
How do I get my affiliate cash?
Open a ticket on Discord once your balance reaches €50. Affiliate cash is separate from tokens and is not spent at checkout.
Do I need a capture card for creator rewards?
For many of our core products, Call of Duty included, yes. A recorder running on the same PC will not capture what you see in game, so footage without a capture card is usually not usable.
What if my video is not accepted?
You will see the reason in your dashboard. Fix it and send it again, there is no limit on tries.
