To survive your first ARC Raiders raids, move deliberately, spend stamina on purpose, take controlled shots instead of spraying, and extract before you get greedy. The game rewards patience over aggression, and it is easiest to learn with a squad.

What kind of game this is

ARC Raiders is an extraction shooter set on a ruined surface patrolled by machines called ARC. You drop in, scavenge, fight or avoid what you meet, and leave with whatever you carry. If you die, you lose what was in your bag, which is why almost every decision comes back to risk.

Movement and stamina

Movement is grounded. Sprinting, climbing and dodging all spend stamina, so constant sprinting leaves you exposed when machines appear. Walk through quiet areas, sprint between cover, and keep some stamina in reserve to escape. Learning where cover and exits are on each map pays off faster than any aim practice.

Combat basics

Weapons feel weighty. Pick something with predictable recoil, usually a semi-auto or a controllable rifle, and fire in short bursts. Many ARC machines have weak spots, so hitting the right part beats emptying a magazine into armour. Our ARC Raiders enemy guide lists them.

  • Use grenades and deployables to break up groups instead of fighting every machine head on.
  • Carry healing and ammo before you carry loot you cannot use.
  • Listen. Most machines announce themselves before you see them.

Progression and skills

You do not pick a class. You level up and spend skill points across Mobility, Conditioning and Survival, so your build comes from choices rather than a role. Mobility and stamina are a safe first investment. See the ARC Raiders skill tree guide for a detailed order.

Extraction in short

You only keep what you extract. Plan your exit before you start looting, leave when your bag is worth more than the risk of staying, and approach exits quietly because other players and patrols know where they are. The full breakdown is in how extraction works in ARC Raiders.

Mistakes new players make

  • Looting inside a room before checking it for Ticks or Pops.
  • Fighting a heavy machine alone when walking away was free.
  • Pushing for one more container with a full bag.
  • Ignoring squad health and moving on.

Where we come in

Some players add a cheat on top of all this. Ours is on the ARC Raiders product page, and since any such software can put an account at risk, read live status before you launch.
