ARC Raiders map conditions are modifiers that rotate on a schedule and change visibility, enemy behaviour and your exit options. Standard Conditions and Lush Blooms are low risk, Cold Snap adds cold exposure, and Night Raid and Electromagnetic Storm are the hardest. Check the active condition before you deploy.

How conditions work

When you pick a map you can see the active condition and a timer to the next rotation. Conditions fall into Minor Events, which change resources or add small objectives, and Major Events, which raise the danger and improve rewards. Major Events typically reduce available exits and disable Raider Hatches, so plan how you will leave before you deploy.

The conditions in detail

Standard Conditions and Lush Blooms

Standard is the baseline: daylight, predictable patrols, every exit working. Lush Blooms keeps combat the same but spawns many more gatherable items around settlements, so bring spare inventory space.

Cold Snap

Freezing weather on most maps. Cold exposure builds when you are outdoors and eventually drains health, but it takes a while and shelters reset it. Route between buildings, push between blizzard peaks when visibility improves, and carry a little medical supply.

Night Raid

Darkness cuts sight lines and makes machines more aggressive. Engagements happen at close range, so audio matters and short-range weapons make sense. Loot quality and Trials points improve, but exits are fewer, so decide early when you are leaving.

Electromagnetic Storm

The most dangerous condition. It has the darkness of a Night Raid plus lightning strikes. The strikes are telegraphed by flashes and sound, but they are easy to miss in a firefight. Keep moving, use buildings, bring a loadout you can afford to lose and take shorter raids.

Hidden Bunker

A Spaceport event. You activate four antennas in sequence while ARC waves spawn at each one, then reach the bunker before a timer runs out. Inside, data consoles and better containers draw other squads, so expect competition at the door.

Harvester

A huge ARC machine guarded by the Queen. The interior has a repeating fire cycle and electrical bursts, and it holds high-tier weapon blueprints. It is not a solo target unless you are well geared. Rotate between breach doors and commit fully to being inside or outside when the fire cycle starts.

Tips

  • Learn maps under Standard Conditions before you touch a Major Event.
  • Pack less in harsh events and extract early with anything valuable.
  • Squads handle events better, since someone can watch exits and revive.
